What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Groin Area?

Hello doctor, It s unfortunate to say that I tried some PC muscle constrictions two days ago (including anal constrictions). I took it too far. Now I feel pain when I do constrictions and when urinating.Especially groin area, area between penis and anus, right testes, and the pain extend to lower right stomach/back and feeling little weak in right leg. I am in panic. Is it caused by over tension? Sometime I have pulsating sensation in groin area when relaxing that area. Is It serious? Do it can be cured?? Please help. I am 21 year old boy.

Hello,

It seems to have overstretched your muscles. I'll advise you to give some time to relax and then start again gradually. It will recover.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Deepak Sundriyal, Oncologist
