What Causes Pulsating Sensation In Upper Stomach And Ear?

I am 66 year old female, good BP, good health. I often feel pulse or heart beat in upper stomach & most recently in ear. Beating in ear is usually at night when I first go to Ned. Should I be concerned? History of aneurysms. In father s family & stroke history . Thank you.

thanks for consulting madam,basically if you are too thin it is normal to have such symptoms in your stomach but as you are saying aneurysm history kindly visit a physician and get some scans done for confirmation or if negative no need to worry .
