Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
HI,

As by reading your symptoms i will advice you to take up a MRI of cervical spine. As due to the Compression of the nerve in the cervical spine can lead to numbness and pain.

Also, by meeting a physical therapy and getting checked by special tests for Cervical spine and trapezious weakness, we can confirm further what exactly is the issue.

Also, Undergoing, Therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy will help further for reducing the Pain. But that doesnt end here, you need to undergo strengthening exercises as well for the future safety. As said, " prevention is better than cure"

Usually 99% of cases I see, recover and are maintaining the future concerns with proper care
