What Causes Pulsations In Temple Along With Blurred Vision?

I am 52 yoa female 250 lbs (down from 310 a year ago) w/ semi-controlled type 2 diabetes, fatty liver. AIC is 6.2 down from 8.5 a year ago. I am continuously under a great deal of stress w/ both family and work. I work 6 days a week 10 hour days currently. I am a claims adjuster and also trying to find a more normal job to take away that stress. I am getting a pulsating feeling in my right front temple. A pressure then almost like a spasm. My vision is slightly blurry as well. What do you think? I m currently on linospril metformin and bupropion & sometimes Lasix as needed

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pulsations in temple along with blurred vision . Well Iit can be ophthalmic migraine. Get complete eye examination. see ocular muscle moment. If there refractive error take correction. treatment of migraine can be preventive specifically antidepressant anti histamine beta blocker noninflammatory drug may be prescribed. Sometimes symptoms can also occur due to sinusitis . Consult ENT specialist for sinusitis . For now take steam thrice a day .
