What Causes Pulsations In The Abdomen On The Right Side?

I have just noticed a pulse in my right abdomin while laying down. It occurred for the first time last night. Im 55 yr old male in good physical condition. I m not overweight, don t smoke,don t have high blood pressure. I have no pain. I have slightly high LDL but my HDL is 65.
