What Causes Pulsations On Upper Abdomen, Bloating And Pressure?

I am a 39 year old female, 4'11, weighing 108 lbs with no previous illnesses. I have been experiencing a spasm or pulsating in my upper abdominal area. Also with bloating, pressure, and sometimes a hungry empty feeling (even after I eat). No vomitting.
