What Causes Purple Circle At The Top Of Testicle?
Hi, I m a 20 year old male and on Thursday I was standing around waiting at my tafe, and all of a sudden I got a pain in my left testicle. The pain was pretty bad all of Thursday night but Friday morning it was a bit better. It s now Monday and it s no where near as sore as it was but still slightly uncomfortable. And I just hoped out of the shower and noticed a purple circle at the top of my left testicle (just under and to the side of my penis). Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)

Dear welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us. Most probably you had some insect or tick bite. As it is the only condition which can cause sudden severe pain in skin and pain relive gradually.
The purple circle you are seeing now is the bite area. Bite sting generally get infected due to sweat in folds of skin. You need to keep the site clean by antiseptic solutions.
Visit a doctor if pain increases, purple circle increases in size or you get a discharge from it.
