What Causes Purple Colored Stretch Marks On Inner Thighs?

Hello, I am 22 and have deep wide, purple stretch marks on my inner thighs. I noticed recently that one has started to almost bulge out. Tonight I felt pain some pain when putting pressure on it, after feeling it I have discovered a lump under the skin where the stretch make is bulging out. Is this something to be concerned about?

Hello,

* The purple stretch marks on inner thighs may be part of various clinical possibilities as

- soft tissue lump with dilated prominent veins as lipoma or others
- insufficiency of superficial venous system valves
- post compression or pressure changes over the thigh part
- coagulation disorders of platelets or else.

Kindly provide me a photo pic of the part of inner thigh (if no objection) during follow up period of this session , so that better guidelines can be figured out precisely.

Till that time, local application of ice will help to some extent for soothing purpose.
