What Causes Purple Discoloration On The Hand?
My middle finger on my right hand is a light purple and my wrist, feels like I sprained it, my elbow is tingling and my shoulder is sore...however there should be no reason that it is. This began about 3 pm today...., however my daughter last week told me that my fingers looked blue on that hand and that I should go to have my heart checked out....up to today I have not had any symptoms....

This is like Raynaud's phenomenon and other symptoms may come later. You have to go to a GP now and he may rule out many autoimmune diseases to rule out what is causing this. Don't delay
