General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is nothing to worry about. Could be hemorrhoids at the beginning, that are broken and caused laceration if the anal mucosa ending up in itchiness.

Keep good anal hygiene. Apply prep H on the anal area after each bowel movement.

When you see the doctor, ask to get a fecal examination to rule out intestinal parasites and Candida overgrowth. Discuss this with your caring doctor when you'll see him/her.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
