What Causes Purple Patches All Over Arm Upto Right Shoulder?

I have purple patches all over my right arm up to my right shoulder and more over my right leg that have been there for around a year, I feel tired most of the time and my body feels weak, pain when pressure is put on anywhere in my body, I get a lot of headaches and back pain and my belly bloats a lot after even the smallest amount of food and stays bloated for hours. I have no idea why all this is happening but its really getting me down

Purple patches may be a manifestation of lichen planus.Lichen planus presents with multiple purple pruritic papules and plaques .Oral involvement is also a feature. Topical steroids and antihistamines are treatment options for the same.
