What Causes Purple Spots On The Underarms And Groin?

I had purple dots or bruises on my underarm about 3 wks ago and they disappeared, last night I noticed those same purple spots on my groin, under my arm and now my leg. I have some discomfort on my leg. What should I do? I don t have a doctor. I m female ae 52.

You have problem of purplish discoloration in groin area and underarm that may be because of hematoma or bleeding disorder or low platelets count or other reasons.

Consult a hematologist for further diagnosis and treatment plan.
Blood test helpful to rule out other condition.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it.
