What Causes Purple Veins, Pin Worms And Ring Worms After Smoking Methamphetamine?

I started smoking meth about three months ago .Recently I have been seeing like almost purple veins in my arms and legs but then when I would smoke again my arms would turn bright red and go very hot. I have also experienced thinking I have a parasite due to itching and bites of some sorts. I got dianosed with pin worm and ringworm. Its very annotibg. I was wondering could do a thing else be going on? Because most of this started when I started injecting.
