Recently my mother had a surgery suspecting pus accumulation in spine. The Operation was successful and doctor found a cap of ointment from her neck which was the reason of accumulation of pus. After some time the place from where they had cut into neck pus started came out of the stitches. Food peg has been inserted as if any liquid given to her comes out of the hole which is on neck. Pus is still coming out. What can be the procedure to stop the pus and close the hole?
