What Causes Pus And Blood Filled Hole In Armpit?

Hi there , ii have a small hole in my armpit that is leaking pus and blood , also i had like a lump before this and it turned into a large abcess which i got antibiotics for from my gp it eventually went away but left a small hole like i have now but it is in a different place but the hole from the abcess kept leaking and has now scarred but now i have this hole, im not sure what it is

it can be folliculitis, infection of hair route. clean it with sterile gauge and apply beta din lotion. avoid perspiration apply talcum powder cleanliness is to be mantained.get bit checked by dermatologist and may require oral antibiotic like ezythrocin 500 mg daily for ten days.
