HI
Well come to HCM
Your query is highly appreciated, stool test is not indicative of any disease, the symptoms of blood stain stool that you noticed could be due to constipation or it may not be blood but it could be diet taken, one more important thing is symptoms in absent of symptoms it is nothing to worry, dyspepsia could be the cause for formation of flatus, try to change the diet, have more fiber containing diet, avoid high density calorie contained diet, Hope this information helps.
