Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in the upper back. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like urinary tract infection or UTI , sexually transmitted diseases . There can be other cause also like viral infections , fungal infections , chemical poisoning or infection in prostate glands . I would suggest you to consult urologist again for proper diagnosis without any delay . Doctor may order culture test to rule out viral or fungal infection . Doctor may prescribe anti fungal or anti viral like acyclovir depending upon the diagnosis along with anti inflammatory .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
