Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that the pus discharge is not from the cheek but from the gums and as it is on both sides so it can be due to most commonly infection in the area of wisdom tooth that is between the gum flap and tooth..
It is the most probable cause..
If it is from the cheek it can be due to infection in
salivary gland and pus discharge from the duct opening.
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like
x ray can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..
As of now continue with
betadine gargles, do warm saline gargles also..
You can continue with antibiotics after proper diagnosis and ruling out of infection..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
