What Causes Pus Filled Blister And Black Spots On The Buttocks?

Hello, this is actually in regards to my husband. He had me look at his butt the other day, thought he had a hemroid. Well, I had him lay down and nope, it was worse! There was some kind of sore, that had pushed out a white/brown looking bean thing. And yellow/gold puss. And then as I was looking hes got black Spots (sores) up and down his butt crack. Any idea? Should I be concerned? Thank u.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pus filled blister and black spots on the buttocks. Blisters on the buttocks are actually relatively common. Dirt and moisture get trapped by your clothing and the friction that comes from sitting can cause pimple . other causes are folliculitis or boils. Need not to worry. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . doctor will examine physically along with blood test and sample for lab test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants , antibiotics like clindamycin , anti inflammatory or anti fungal . Doctor may also prescribe benzoyl peroxide ointment .I would suggest you to keep this area clean and dry , apply cream containing azelaic acid , apply cold compresses with soaked towel , wear loose cloths and take anti histamine and apply vitamin C serum at night
