What Causes Pus Filled Bumps On The Vagina?

I have three bumps on my vagina but one is bigger than all of them and at first it looked like a pimple it was painful so I popped it yellow waxy puss came out of it. Everytime I pop it more puss comes out and it s hard like an I popped pimple what could it be

I really appreciate your concern, chances of folliculitis is very likely due to bacterial infection, if take the good hygienic care then it may get al right with just applying local antibiotic and best option would be "Povidone Iodine" ointment, if condition does not come around then antibiotic can be tried, Hope this information helps, take care.
