General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a small abscess or folliculitis. Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated. The pus has to be drained. As of now, you can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
