What Causes Pus Filled Zit On Face?

i have what seems like a zit on my face but its not a big bump or anything. it has persisted for a few weeks now. like i said its not a big bump or anything but if i just barely brush it with my hand like i m wiping my face off it oozes a small amount of white puss that is very smelly unlike the stuff that comes out of a normal zit. every day it can ooze out some and it alwasy smells very bad.

It's an infectious pustule and needs treatment. If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Clindamycin antibiotic class of drug, if not allergic to. Plus, Ibuprofen by mouth.

Apply benzoyl peroxide on the zit. It will lead to early shrinkage and healing. Clean up your face with Eucerin redness relief soothing cleanser. Don't apply oil directly to your face. It clogs the gland openings and also pores of the sweat and sebaceous glands.
