My 4 yr old son who has Ulcerative Colitis and Eosinophilitic Esophagitis recently had his tonsils and adnoids removed. ENT found a pus filled cyst on his left cyst. The PA who I have never dealt with said its just tonsil and adnoid tissue Should I be concerned? He has been ill with many medical issue since birth. Low muscle tone, difficulty swallowing. He still eats soft foods.

But from what you are describing I think that the doctors have taken care of that cyst during the surgery and now you have nothing to worry about it. Many times around the tonsils which get infected often, there are cysts or abscesses but once the surgery is done, they are removed and treated.
