Hi, I think it is very common to get urine infections during pregnancy. So, you need to drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. Get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see the cause of infection and also the antibiotic which should be given to treat it. So, antibiotic can be given according to the culture report. Get a urine culture and sensitivity test done. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
