What Causes Puss Discharge From Penis In A HIV Positive Patient?
Hello, I'm 24, 5'6", 125 lb, hiv positive for 6 yrs. I did have disclosed unprotected sex over a week ago but have also generally ejaculated multiple times each day through masturbation, and for the last several days I have had a few minor discharges of some puss substance. Is it possible that other than gonorrhea and/or chlamydia, it might just be another infection like a urinary tract infection?

If the puss discharge is there from the urinary system then this could be due to infection and the chances of Gonorrhea is very likely and in my opinion this need to be treated with Tab Ofloxacine 600mg twice in day just for one day, hope this helps
