What Causes Quick Gain In Weight In A Short Time?

i am 27 years old ,5 ft 4 inches tall and weigh 63 kgs. my recent weight gain was very fast like 9 kgs in 3 months but when i chekd for any thyroid problems ect all reports came clear.wat do u suggest to get back to my previous wt which was 52 kgs.thank you

Hi im dr.hema physiotherapist.

Good that you checked with needed tests.
Other causes for weight gain are lack of sleep, stress, medications, change in diet and life style.

The best way to reduce weight are low calorie high fiber diet with good physical activity.

1.Engage in physicial activities like
Cycling, jogging, swimming walking for at least 30 min 5 times weekIy at gym or home you can start with -stretching exercises.

Please make sure you dont increase your food intake in mean time.

2. Drink more glasses of water,when you are thirsty please do not take any other fluids as a substitute like juice, coke, etc .
Take green tea twice daily that burns fat and keep you active.

Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, this will not only reduce hunger but also add to the bulk of the food.
Skimmed dairy products, take fresh salad after lunch and dinner like cucumber, tomatoes with curd.
Avoid high calorie food like fries, pizza, sweets and others.

As a routine (in short)
Add 2 bowls of fruits (at morning and at snack time)
Add 2 bowls of veg salads -at lunch and dinner.
Avoid snacking in between.

For relaxation yoga or meditation can be done.

This gives you best result for sure.
