What Causes Radiating Back Pain With Diarrhea?
I am having sharp pains on the right side of my back, near the middle of my back and moving upward toward my right shoulder. The pain also moves slightly around the front toward my chest. The pain started this morning. It gets worse with moving and bending. I also started having diarrhea around the same time the pain appeared.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis causing spasmodic abdominal pain radiating on back and chest.
Take antispasmodic medicine like meftal spas or cyclopam.
Take medicine for GI infection as well.
Take light diet like curd, rice.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
