What Causes Radiating Lower Back Pain?

Hi there. I ve had lower back pain for the last 6-7 weeks. The pain refers to what feels like my large intestine (lower left front) and is an intermittent sharp and radiating pain. Over the past couple of days the pain referral has moved to my right side as well, and into my groin (and genitals - male). Today the pain is radiating down both of my legs to my knees. I am also suffering mild to moderate constipation. I m not sleeping and fatigue kicks in around midday to the point where I just need to lie down. My current Dr is not listening to me when I m saying it s feeling worse. I m 33 yr old male, 78kgs, 185cm tall. Thanks in advance.

IN the given situation, You seems to have suffered from-? Ano-rectal proctitis, with IBS-C with bloating in stomach with pain in left lower abdomen with Spastic colon, which with colitis and proctitis, leads to Constipation and pain in right colon and pain in genitals due to irritation to testicular neuro-vascular bundle on both sides,which causes referred pain in legs and knees.
Usg with Color doppler to fix testicular Varicose Veins and Consults with GI Surgeon and Urologist would be needed to resolve these health issues with you.
In this scenario-Correction of-IBS proctitis with medicines -antibiotics/ antispasmodics/probiotics/prebiotics/high fibre veg diet/ sporlac caps/ yoghurt and butter milk x 2 times a day, need to be followed by Consults with Surgeon,so as to resolve IBS with C .
