General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
chest pain radiating to left shoulder/armpit and abdomen is a classical sign of any heart problem.
it is good that you are not a high risk patient for heart problems but now a day it is observed that incident of heart problem is increasing in young population day by day.
so i will suggest you to go for a electrocardiogram and ecoctrocardiography as soon as possible.
it will help to find the problem and treat it early.

other cause for this problem are muscle spasm, gastritis, peptic ulcer etc...

hoping this information will help you
you are wellcome to ask any question i will be happy to answer.

regards
Dr Arvind
