General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the radiating pain from pelvis to legs indicate possible sciatic or other nerve compression. However, the nausea and chills do favor possible infection as that of urinary tract or else.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
