Hi,

I have gone through your history and I am of the opinion that you seem to be suffering from strain involving the muscles or ligaments.

It usually subsides with bed rest over a period of time. Take some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or aceclofenac for immediate relief.

If you do not get relief then you should consult with your doctor for clinical assessment and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
