What Causes Raised Bumps On The Lower Inner Leg?

HI. I have an area on my lower inner leg that has some raised lumps. I was checked twice for blood clots but none were found. The bumps do not move freely and the area they re in is raised slightly and Discolored ( darkened) There is slight pain when pressure is applied, otherwise a mild burning sensation at times. There is some edema as the skin in the darkened area looks a little shiny and a dent remains after pressure is applied.

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be inflammatory lesions or folliculitis. It is inflammatory since there is slight pain on pressure associated with burning sensation. Also there is slight edema and there are darkened area, and all are associated that confirms inflammatory lesion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
