What Causes Raised Heart Beat And Sharp Pain Along With Dizzy Feeling?
I just changed birth control because I was getting migraines. really severe migraines and my doctor told me that I had an increased chance of stroke (due to family history). I don t have a bad head ache but mt head feels heavy and I m dizzy. my heart is going fast and my chest really hurts. It burns but also is a sharp pain. should I be worried?

I would recommend a check on your blood pressure, and EKG, Lipid profile, blood coagulation profile and SPO2. These investigations can even be conducted once every 3-6 months even to check on general well being.
