What Causes Raised Rash,knots On Head And Soreness In Leg With History Of Chigger Bites?

My 5 year old son has 3 u shaped raised rash spots on his forehead, 3 knots on his head, and a sore right leg - he hasn't felt up to 100% for a couple of days but has seemed otherwise ok. He did get several chigger bites a while back. Any ideas of what may be going on? Thank you in advance

Ok. Obviously its an allergic reaction to chigger bite. Please see if there are multiple marks on the sore leg as u have mentioned several chigger bites. Wash the lesions over leg and apply topical steriods llike eumosome plain or eumosome M. It will alleviate itching. Also oral tab levocetrizine will decrease allergic reactions . Take 1tab twice a day for 5days. Take partially filled vix vaporub bottle and add 1teaspoon of common salt. Mix it n apply over bite marks especially in night so that some salt particles will be there on the bite. It decreases itching also chigger mite dies away if alive and decreases the swelling. Look for any pus discharge and fever as signs of secondary bacterial infections.
