I need help. I had unprotected sex 5 days ago, woke up this morning to find a few tiny raised red dots on my shaft. No fluid. Very very small, best way to describe is similar to razor burn. I did shave before sex but not with a razor just a trimmer. I have also noticed that some are just dots and it looks like the spots are peeling. None of this is painful or itchy or discoforting, however it is putting a damper on my thoughts. I had a doc appointment at 10 tomorrow. Ease my mind please with like the notion that it is a rash of some sort. Ive been searching for an answer all day! Help me please
