What Causes Raised Spots On Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

hi doc can you help should i be worried ive caught sumthing from unpretected sex with a girl ive dont know to well although i know she has been in a relationship herself for 11 years , she tells me she hasnt had sex for a year and weve both been silly and had unpreteced sex! i have a partner myself and have not had sex with her yet should i go and test myself at clinic for any stds i do have small pin head spots nots raised or sor in anyway on my penis head but am not sure if they wer ther anyway.
