What Causes Raised, Tender And Sore Spot On Buttocks?
I get a blistery, raised, tender sore spot on my buttocks. Always the exact same spot. Have had it about 5 times now. Usually not frequently, like a year or so inbetween bouts, but this time it has only been a couple months. I suspect a staph infection. Does it sound like it to you? I have never gone to the doctor with it, but use antibiotic ointments, Dr. Gorshels sauve, etc. and after a couple weeks, it usually goes away. Any ideas?
