What Causes Random Bouts Of Nausea And Weight Loss?

Hello, for about 2 weeks now I have been getting random bouts of nausea. About three days ago I noticed that the lymph nodes on the left side of my body are swollen. The ones in my head, neck, axillaries, and groin. I have also experienced some weight loss. Everything just hurts. What could be the issue?
By the way, I am a 20 year old female.

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is lymph node with swelling and tenderness then this need to be investigated for microbial infection, routine blood examination, x-ray chest, some time fine needle aspiration may be needed for lymph node, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
