What Causes Random Chest Pain And Fast Heart Rate ?

I have a fast heart rate and get chest pain randomly but I need to be put on birth control and ive read a lot of reviews on people who end up with cardiac arrest and even death with the combination of celexa (anti-depressant im on) and jolessa...what are some other alternatives?

palpitations in your heart are related of any conduction blocks..get an ECG,2D ECHO, ELECTRO-PHYSIOLOGICAL STUDY of your heart..consult your cardiologist immediately for expert management.thankyou
