What Causes Random Chest Pains And Pulsations In The Body?

Hi,

I'm 20 years old and have anxiety. For the past few months I have been getting pulses that feel like popcorn popping from head to toe. They usually are in my temples, lower head, arms, legs, and even in my chest and abdominal area. Sometimes I get them in my face and I can literally see my skin moving. These pulses started a few days after I got my wisdom teeth pulled but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have also been getting random chest pains, sometimes they are above my heart, in the bony area of the chest, always under the left collarbone. I also get them under my left breast, they usually interfere with breathing and feel sharp and random. These symptoms have been ruining my life slowly. I'm always afraid because sometimes I don't have them at all, for weeks and then they randomly come back without any warning. I just want to know what it is.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety disorder is known to produce weird symptoms which do not have scientific or medical back up. Most often, the symptoms could be obsessive. In your case, your symptoms are obsessive in nature. The more you "watch" them, they crop up. The best method is to keep yourself busy/entertained/creative so that you do not get enough time to "watch" those. Ignore them.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
