What Causes Random Frequent Urge To Urinate Mostly In The Evenings?

I have the urge to pee often, it s not all the time mostly in the evening or at night. There s no pain or any discomfort at all, just the random urge. Most of the time it s hardly anything when I do go to the bathroom too. I don t have a UTI or an std.

Hello
I appreciate your concern
This could be happen due to diabetes or psychogenic polydipsia apart from UTI or STD
I would like further information to help you better
Your age, sex, and relevant medical history of any?
How much water intake is there in 24 hours

I would advise you to get your blood test for blood sugar fasting and post prandial along with urine osmolality test to rule out diabetes insipidus.

I would advise you to restrict your water intake and see if it's frequency reduces, otherwise get these tests to rule out both these possibilities.

Maintain good hygiene
exercise regularly
Avoid smoking and alcohol

Hope this answers your question
Wish you good health
Regards
