Hi,

Surely this is a serious thing as you are pregnant and blood loss can be bad for you and the fetus too.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation"
Go to ER for tests of blood, urine and stool too.
ENT Examination to see where is the blood coming from.
Nasal packing to stop the bleeding.
Once the bleeding is controlled then a definite examination, investigations that the pregnancy can allow and proper management as per the cause found will give you relief, avoid complications and continue pregnancy.
Take this very seriously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
