I have been having racing pulse and skipped heart beat for the past week with a tightness in-between my shoulder blades every night after dinner around 7 lasting all evening long with hot flashes do I have a heart problem I wore a monitor a couple months ago and it was all normal

Hello

Your problem may be due to cardiac causes. You may need clinical evaluation and investigations. Besides routine investigations you may need chest X-ray (PA),ECG,ECHO etc. Treatment depend upon findings.
