What Causes Rapid And Irregular Heart Beat, Weakness, Fatigue And Dizziness?
hello. I have intense beating of my heart. feels like my heart is hammering my chest and it beats slow. I have an irregular heart beat already but the hammering has started recently. I also am very weak and tired, dizziness when laying down and standing, blurry vision and have the feeling like I will vomit.

Your symptoms are suggestive of some heart irregular rhythym called arrythmias. such irregular beats with dizziness is not a good sign, you need to be properly investigated
