What Causes Rapid Heart Beat Along With Chest Pain After Having Food?

Hello, I hope this works, but after I got off from school I went to get a bite to eat, I got fried fish and fries. After that I got in my car and my chest started hurting and my heart was beating rapidly, I m a fairly big but healthy guy and I just have no clue why this is.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to the hyperacidity, fried food causes this, in my opinion this can be best treated withe the medicines given below
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
