What Causes Rapid Heart Rate During Nights?

my spelling is bad im wondering if there is a way to stop night terrors i cant sleep sometimes for 20+ hours. i wake up with a fast hart beat some times i think im crazy becuse i think my night terrors are real. not to long ago i jumped on someone and hurt that person. and a lot of times my girlfriend will see me get up and walk in circles. i dont know what to do i dont like to go to doctors becuse i dont know how to tell them about it also i think i remember one of them i was in a circle ball it was green and made out of lines i dont know why but it scares me its also embarrassing.
