What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Followed By Trembling?
Last night I experienced a rush of anxiety, followed by trembling, and a rapid heart beat. This happened one previous time in the recent past. I took a hot shower and most of the symtoms mellowed out. I am only 34 but have had some recent added stress of juggling anew job and family life. Is this what an anxiety attack feels like or am I having heart problems?
I understand your query and concern. As per your clinical symptoms you seem to have stress related panic attacks. These attacks are known to cause autonomic symptoms like palpitations and tremors. Its extremely important that you control these hearts since they pose extra workload on the heart.Stress management is extremely vital in your case.Drug like propanolol and clonazepam will help to reduce the symptoms in your case.A baseline EKG will help to identify any co existent arrhythmias.Discuss the above treatment with your cardiologist.Post your further queries,if any. Thank you.
