What Causes Rapid Heart Rate While Eating?

Hi I notice that everytime I eat I am getting a rapid heart rate after, and I feel out of breath as if I was doing some strenous exercise, I checked my Blood pressure and its 106/60..the nurse herself was surprised wanted to know why my heart was beating so fast....I didn't feel drowsy..I just feel breathless
