Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are not typical of any cardiac disorders. Anyway, I would like to directly review your resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound report for a more professional opinion.

I would also recommend performing some other tests:
- A chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests
- Blood electrolytes
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
