What Causes Rapid Heart Rate,chest Pain And Dizziness?
I have been having dizziness and sudden episodes of rapid heart rate and shakiness when I fell I may pass out.
I have also had sinusitis/rhinitis, chest pain/pressure and fatigue at the same time. If I exert myself even a little my heart begins to race, I feel shaky as though I may pass out. I am 36, healthy with no chronic conditions. Can the sinusitis be affecting my heart and lungs?

The symptom that is being given here may not be due to sinusitis you have not mentioned your age and gender here else I would have thought some thing different, in my opinion stressful condition may the cause of your symptoms, hope this information helps.
